Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and eliciting clear business requirements, translating them into functional and non-functional specifications, and working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires a strong communicator, problem solver, and team player who can collaborate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and gather clear business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into well-defined functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to align on company goals and expectations.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
  • Ensure process documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Evaluate potential solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet stakeholder expectations, providing recommendations as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the organization.
  • Adhere to current processes while maintaining up-to-date documentation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver successful project outcomes.
